The Decoplas™ 120 line is a fully automated extruded cosmetic tube production line with label quality decoration capability producing up to 120 tubes per minute.

The line, from right to left, is composed of a DXL 120 sleeve maker, an accumulating store, a PTH 120 header and a CM 120 capper.

Decoplas™ K’2022 – Trade fair tube description

DECOPLAS™ Ø50 mm extruded tube, flexography printed.

 

This sample tube is fully recyclable and the extruded sleeve and compression moulded shoulder are made with recycled PCR material. Decoplas™ technology is ideally suited for the circular plastic economy because the thin decorated label perfectly hides any potential discolouration coming from the extruded PCR material.

 

Composition

CICLIC® LDPE PCR material from GCR and barrier label film from LEYGATECH.

 

Decoplas™ tube 60 years with section DECOPLAS™ tube ⌀50 mm.
Extruded tube with in-line label decoration.
Mono-material PE, recycling ready.
Extruded sleeve and shoulder made with PCR PE material.
