The Aisa Live Vision system is a very simple and cost-effective way to quickly get assistance from Aisa in process troubleshooting, as well as mechanical, electrical and automation related-issues.

By connecting directly with us through a live HD video session, you can quickly be in touch with one of our service engineers located at Aisa Switzerland or France, therefore avoiding costly travel intervention charges and associated delays. The ALV is one of the most efficient ways to help you keep your productivity up.

How It Works

The audio video feed transmitted from the customer’s site is received live or as a recorby the technical support team at Aisa. We provide ALV in two versions – full ALV or ALV mobile ; both of them provide high-quality HD video sessions, even at low internet speeds, since the system bonds multiple networks seamlessly.

 

During our normal working hours, a real-time conversation is established with our specialists; the HD images received are analysed and comment are sent back to the customer immediately. Our local offices in France, China and the eUS are also fully equipped to provide ALV support. Even in places where network coverage is poor or non-existent, the system can record HD videos, which are automatically transmitted to our dedicated servers once the ALV operator at the customer’s site is back within a network range. Outside of normal working hours, the HD video session filmed by the customer will be transmitted automatically and securely by the ALV to Aisa’s dedicated server. broadcastingThis video content is fully recordedretained securely for further use within the customer’s organisation (e.g. for use during training, or improvement programmes).
