Aisa is proud to announce that all our laminate tube making machinery models can now produce PBL tubes, including the SAESA®500Line.
PBL stands for Plastic Barrier Laminate. Unlike Aluminum Barrier (ABL), PBL tubes are made entirely of plastic materials. Which is a significant advantage in terms of recyclability.
Last year, we undertook for the first time a complete upgrade of a SAESA®500Line sold 15 years ago. The SAESA®500Line is a spectacular machine making laminate tubes at a speed of 500 tubes per minute with an integrated packer. This impressive machine can now produce recyclable PBL tubes of high quality with similar efficiency.
Aisa machinery is meant to last. Upgrades are available even for such complex and advanced equipment, many years after its start-up.
