PCR-based Decoplas™ tube

Post-consumer recycled content, often referred to as PCR, is material collected from items that consumers recycle every day. C-Pack, our launch-partner for Decoplas™ in Brazil, has developed multiple tubes containing bio-sourced and recycled materials.

Thanks to Aisa’s unique Decoplas™ technology, the surface appearance and quality of the PCR-based tube are both as good as with non-recycled material – and master batch are no longer necessary.

The key Decoplas™ advantage demonstrated here with these two samples is, that despite the massive difference in the extrusion materials – 100% Green PE (Sugarcane) on the left and 100% PCR (HDPE) on the right – the appearance and quality of the tube remains the same using an identically decorated film.
