- The S4 unit accepts tubes from 13.5 mm to 60 mm in diameter and up to 230 mm in length
- Manual production speed is up to 300 tubes per hour
- Adjustable timer from 0 to 30 seconds to match the sealing requirement
- Tube placement is by the operator between the sealing jaws
- Tube positioning fixture ensures process repeatability & seal quality
- 3.5 mm tall jaws maintain the pressure while sealing

- Alphanumerical stamping is available (up to 6 or 12 in specific conditions)
- Special equipment for polyfoil tubes or metalloplastics (6 mm tall jaws with stamping and cutting to length device)
- Special jaws and fixture to seal 2 tubes simultaneously (diameter max. 30 mm, 3.5 mm or 6 mm welding height)
