SAESA®100H

The SAESA®100H has been designed with this flexibility in mind. Very compact, highly versatile and ready to integrate advanced quality control systems, it is a laminate tube production machine for manufacturing high-quality cosmetic tubes in round or oval shapes, from Ø12.7 mm to Ø63.5 mm, at speeds of up to 100 tubes per minute. This combination makes it a high-performance and cost-effective solution for diversified cosmetic tube production.

At the heart of the system, Aisa’s proven Saesa® technology seamlessly assembles sleeves with pre-moulded shoulders and caps. This well-established process offers the largest choice of shoulder and shoulderless designs, ensuring precise, efficient and consistently high-performance tube production.

Combined with Decoseam™ edge-to.edge welding technology, the SAESA®100H enables premium 360° decoration eliminating the unprinted area on both sides of the seam that traditional laminate tube have , while standing out visually, even in high-volume bottle markets. Proven in production for more than 20 years, Decoseam™ has become a reference in the market, with more than 110 machines equipped with the technology producing high-quality laminate tubes worldwide.

Capable of handling asymmetric laminates across a broad range of laminate thicknesses, the SAESA®100H is also uniquely suited to the production of paper-based laminate tubes, increasingly adopted by cosmetic brands looking to reduce plastic content and to fulfill carbon emission reduction targets as part of the environemental strategy.
