「RACE」は、 Decoplas™押出ラベリング技術とUltralight™圧縮成形により、PTH120でヘッダーとキャップ組立用に製造されたØ35mmの楕円チューブである。 この先進的なプロセスは、持続可能でリサイクル可能な、環境に優しいパッケージングにおける真のブレークスルーを意味する。

構成と仕様
使用されているラミネートはGualapack社製で、HDPEリサイクルの流れに完全に適合している。
- Decoplas™ extruded tube Ø35 mm.
- Materials: 56 µm metallised OPP/PE film, flexo-printed to highlight its silver surface.
- Structure: 300 µm total wall thickness, fully compatible with HDPE recycling streams, including the PE shoulder and cap.
- 100% polyolefin made, recycling ready.
- Bounce back index of 71.4% (capacity to resume original shape after squeezing).
- Impressive cap and shoulder weight reduction with Ultralight™ technology.
