Toucan - Paper tube packaging

“Toucan” is a paper laminate tube with more than 85% paper content, made with Aisa’s Decoseam™ edge-welding technology and assembled using Saesa’s® one-piece shoulder and cap system. It features a Ø50 mm format, designed for high-volume and premium packaging applications.

Designed for brands seeking a strong sustainability profile without compromising performance, « Toucan » significantly reduces plastic usage while maintaining excellent barrier properties and premium aesthetic.

Produced on our Decoseam™ 120 line composed of a BM 120 side seamer with a KSM 120 header and capper, this tube features one of the lightest shoulders and caps available on the market. The result is a high-performance, lightweight tube packaging solution aligned with evolving environmental expectations.

Thanks to Decoseam™ technology, tube producers can now deliver laminate tubes with the same seamless look as extruded tubes, while standing out visually, even in high-volume bottle markets.

Its advanced monomaterial flip-top closure replaces traditional multi-component systems, simplifying the structure while enabling improved recyclability and further weight reduction.
