Lightweight recycling ready cartridge

The Decoplas™ Cartridge is a Ø50 mm extruded monomaterial PE cartridge produced using Aisa’s Decoplas™ extrusion labelling technology. Designed to meet the requirements of demanding industrial applications, this cartridge combines extrusion and decoration into one fully integrated inline process, delivering a recycling-ready packaging solution with advanced dispensing functionality and premium inline decoration capabilities.

Its long dispensing tip is moulded directly onto the extruded sleeve using Aisa’s proven indexed injection moulding technology, ensuring excellent dispensing precision, dimensional consistency and reliable sealing performance for industrial and specialty packaging applications.

The lightweight monomaterial PE structure is designed for recyclability in the coloured HDPE bottle stream. The cartridge can also be made entirely of Post-Consumer Recycled Polyethylen, supporting circular packaging objectives and reducing virgin material consumption. Designed for recycling, the Decoplas™ Cartridge supports future sustainable packaging strategies and offers an alternative to conventional cartridge solutions. Its monomaterial PE structure is there for aligned with upcoming PPWR recycling and circularity requirements for 2030 and beyond.

Manufactured on Aisa’s fully automated Decoplas™ 120 production line, cartridges are produced and decorated inline at speeds of up to 120 pieces per minute, with the ability to change decoration on the fly without interrupting production.
