Fully automated production line for extruded cosmetic tubes

Built on Aisa’s unique Decoplas™ extrusion labelling and Synchroflow™ compression moulding technologies, the Decoplas™ 240 Line offers a highly efficient and compact solution for producing extruded cosmetic tubes with premium label decoration and high quality in-line shoulderhead moulding.

From right to left, the complete line includes:

  • DXL 120 sleeve extrusion and labelling unit
  • Transfer and accumulator
  • PTH 240 header using compression-moulding
  • CM 240 capper
