Built on Aisa’s unique Decoplas™ extrusion labelling and Synchroflow™ compression moulding technologies, the Decoplas™ 120 Line offers a highly efficient and compact solution for producing extruded cosmetic tubes with premium label decoration and high quality in-line shoulder moulding.

With successful installations across three continents, the Decoplas™ 120 Line is trusted by tube producers for its decoration flexibility, consistent quality, and sustainable tube production capabilities. It eliminates the need for in-line printing and allows decoration changes on the fly, without stopping production — reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.

From right to left, the complete line includes:

  • DXL 120 sleeve extrusion and labelling unit
  • Transfer and accumulator
  • PTH 120 header using compression-moulding
  • CM 120 capper
