Aisa Paper Jar: High-Barrier Paper Packaging for Recyclable Jars

A next-generation alternative to plastic and glass jars

Description

The Aisa Paper Jar is a newly developed recyclable rigid packaging solution made with more than 80% paper. It combines a paper-based body with a screw-cap closure system produced from biobased or paper-based materials.

Manufactured using Aisa’s Decoseam™ technology, the jar is produced from pre-printed reels. The sleeve is assembled with a cut-out base made from paper laminates, then fitted with a threaded ring that enables a secure, re-closable closure.

Designed for recyclability in the paper stream, the Decoseam™ process enables an almost gap-free laminate assembly. This helps maintain high barrier performance, product protection, and consumer convenience, while supporting the requirements of the PPWR.

The Aisa Paper Jar offers a sustainable alternative to traditional glass or plastic jars, helping brands advance their paperisation initiatives and create distinctive, future-ready packaging.
