This revolutionary tube sets a new standard for eco-friendly packaging in the cosmetics and oral care industries, combining high performance with outstanding sustainability.
PaperX FiberTop is composed of over 85% FSC-certified paper laminate. What sets it apart is that not only the body but also the shoulder and cap are made from fiber-based materials, a first in the tube packaging industry. A thin EVOH barrier layer provides effective product protection across the entire structure, while maintaining full compliance for food-contact applications. This innovation represents a major step forward in eco-designed tube packaging, significantly reducing plastic use without compromising safety or functionality.

- Fully recyclable in the paper waste stream (CEPI/4evergreen 2025 compliant)
- Carbon emissions reduced by up to 65% compared to standard Polyfoil® or COEX tubes with low-profile caps (Ø50 mm)
Compatible with Saesa® laminate tube technology
The PaperX tube is manufactured using Aisa’s SAESA®100 laminate tube-making line and available in formats ranging from Ø35 to 50 mm. The solution supports premium visual effects, including embossing, allowing brands to combine sustainability and shelf appeal effortlessly.
