We are delighted to share the highlights of Aisa‘s participation at Interpack 2023, the leading trade fair for the packaging industry. As a trusted leader in tube production solutions, Aisa showcased a range of cutting-edge innovations that are transforming the landscape of sustainable packaging.
One of the standout attractions at our booth was the unveiling of our Unique Paper Tube. This revolutionary packaging solution embodies our commitment to environmental sustainability. Combining durability and aesthetics with its 72% cardboard-fibre laminate, this eco-friendly packaging option can be recycled in the used beverage carton stream.
Another groundbreaking technology showcased at Interpack was our Decoplas™. Designed to meet the growing demand for versatile and customisable packaging solutions, Decoplas™ enables brands to create attractive designs with quality label printing. This unique technology combines extrusion and labelling for the best of the two worlds. Using 100% PCR PE extrusion material, Decoplas™ joins the circular economy. By moving the decoration out of the extruded tube line, Decoplas™ provides improved flexibility and productivity, while covering the PCR materials’ imperfections with the label.
In line with our dedication to sustainability, Aisa also presented its tube making solutions to produce recyclable PBL tubes. These innovative tubes are engineered to provide excellent product protection while minimising environmental impact. By embracing recyclable materials in tube production, we are actively contributing to a circular economy and supporting our customers’ sustainability goals.
Furthermore, our Decoplas™ cartridge garnered significant attention at the event. We made these cartridges with PCR PE materials sourced out of the HDPE coloured bottle stream combined with the label decorated film. It can achieve great shelf impact. The Decoplas™ technology also allows reducing wall thickness when desired or use a barrier film in order to increase shelf life duration. Decoplas™ cartridges reduce environmental impact and improve the consumer experience.
As visitors explored our booth, they were treated to a glimpse of the future of tube packaging. Aisa’s ongoing research and development efforts are focused on pushing the boundaries of innovation, introducing advanced materials, and embracing emerging technologies to revolutionise the packaging industry. We believe that the future holds endless possibilities, and we are dedicated to leading the way.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the visitors who took the time to explore our booth and engage in insightful discussions. Your presence and enthusiasm contributed to making Interpack 2023 a resounding success. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to showcase our expertise and collaborate with industry professionals who share our passion for sustainable packaging solutions.
