## チューブの説明

**「トレース**」は、アイサの[デコシーム™](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/decoplas/)エッジ溶接技術で作られた化粧品用ラミネートチューブで、[サエサの®](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/saesa/)ワンピースショルダー＆キャップシステムで組み立てられている。

BM 120サイドシーマーとKSM 120ヘッダー・キャッパーで構成される[Decoseam™ 120](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/cosmetic-laminate-tube-lines/decoseam-ksm-120-line/)ラインで生産されるこのチューブは、市場で最も軽いショルダーとキャップを特徴としており、機械的強度、バリア保護、高級美観を保ちながら、プラスチックと材料の使用量を大幅に削減している。

革新的なデザインのトレースは、モノマテリアル・フリップトップ・クロージャーを備え、従来の複数のパーツから成るショルダーとキャップを単一の軽量パーツに置き換えることで、リサイクルをサポートし、軽量化を実現している。また、チューブは光沢のあるメタライズ加工が施され、高級感と持続可能性を兼ね備えたハイエンドなビジュアル仕上げとなっている。

- Materials: 350 µm metallised polyethylene-based multilayer laminate with EVOH barrier film.
- Structure: Flexography printed design that leverages the metallic surface for maximum shelf appeal.
- One-piece cap and shoulder with Flip Top cap.
- Decoseam™ laminated tube Ø50 mm.
- Impressive up to 70% weight reduction on the cap and shoulder compared to industry standards.
- Perfect side-seam 360° decoration.
- Fully recyclable tube designed for the HDPE coloured bottle stream.
