## Tube description

**“TRACE”** is a cosmetic laminate tube made with Aisa’s[Decoseam™](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/decoplas/) edge-welding technology and assembled using [Saesa’s®](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/saesa/) one-piece shoulder and cap system.

Produced on our [Decoseam™ 120 line](https://www.aisa.com/tube-packaging-machines/cosmetic-laminate-tube-lines/decoseam-ksm-120-line/) composed of a BM 120 side seamer with a KSM 120 header and capper, this tube features one of the lightest shoulders and caps on the market, significantly reducing plastic and material usage while preserving mechanical strength, barrier protection, and premium aesthetics.

With its innovative design, TRACE is equipped with a monomaterial flip-top closure that supports recycling and reduces weight by replacing the traditional multi-part shoulder and cap with a single lightweight component. The tube also achieves a shiny and metallised effect, offering a high-end visual finish that combines luxury appeal with sustainability.

- Structure: Flexography printed design that leverages the metallic surface for maximum shelf appeal.
- One-piece cap and shoulder with Flip Top cap.

- Impressive up to 70% weight reduction on the cap and shoulder compared to industry standards.
- Perfect side-seam 360° decoration.
- Fully recyclable tube designed for the HDPE coloured bottle stream.
