## How it works

The iQ-Orientation, composed by the positioning unit and a vision control system, reads the body orientation directly on the mandrel, using a pre-defined reference.

The vision control forwards the detected shifts from every single mandrel to the AI algorithm that will process and analyze the information to continuously predict and correct the offset to apply in the body positioning unit.

A simple principle is targeted with the system: Correct rather than eject. The iQ-Orientation makes it possible to lower tolerance limits, while being tolerant to any mechanical settings. Waste is reduced to a minimum and the cap is perfectly aligned with any body design.
