Off-line tube head and cap production offers highest output and quality solution available in plastic processing today
To improve flavour barrier properties, it is also possible to include an insert in the tube head component thanks to a dedicated off-line assembly machine offered by Aisa. ILM 200 and ILM 150 assemble tube heads with flavour barrier inserts at 200 and 150 pieces a minute in a compact machines design.

Tube with applicator tip
Dedicated to Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical markets, the production of aluminium or plastic laminate tubes with applicator tip is a speciality, based on our standard laminate tube production technology.
The design of the tube head component including the applicator tip can reach 36 mm in length on SAESA®100.
Tamper evidence
The SAESA® membrane option consists of producing and welding a laminate membrane on the tube orifice as safety seal for the tube. The seal also serves as Tamper evidence. The membrane material is coated on one side to seal onto the tube head and the other side may be PET or aluminium.
